Son gouvernement n&rsquo;a certainement pas fait l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9, mais le bilan de son quinquennat lui ouvre les portes d&rsquo;une seconde pr\u00e9sidence. H\u00e9ritage assum\u00e9 par la droite, d\u00e9savou\u00e9 \u00e0 gauche, le gouvernement Baroin a gouvern\u00e9 la France avec force au travers de p\u00e9riodes des plus agit\u00e9es, notamment lors de la controvers\u00e9e r\u00e9forme du Code du Travail. Pour autant, les r\u00e9sultats sont l\u00e0 et les objectifs fix\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sident Fillon le jour de son investiture sont atteints. Chiffres \u00e0 l\u2019appui, c\u2019est l\u2019emploi qui t\u00e9moigne le mieux de cette r\u00e9ussite.
